This is hailey. She is an 18 month old baby living in these conditions. Biting our tongues, Dianna Blake and I decided to take the nice approach with this. Haileys owner does t live here. This is his grandmas house. She is elderly and not in the best of health but she tries to take care of Hailey. Grannie called the owner and allowed me to talk to him. He will let us vaccinate her, worm her, de flea her, cut her nails, give her a real dog house, and TAKE THAT BIG CHAIN OFF and put a longer lighter lead on!!!! Hes not convinced on the spay part yet, but were gonna work on it! Grannie said yes! Lol.
