This is happening here in Sunland Tujunga, Shadow Hills areas. Please let your neighbors know. This time of year lots and lots of deliveries are made. This may look at first (to you on your street) as someone just passing by on a bike. Its a ring. He scopes out where the packages are and whether or not he thinks someone is home then the others come into play keeping an eye out then one goes up and takes them. Confronted once the main guy acts crazy and screams & yells. Hes dangerous. There is a possibility one or more is armed. PLEASE CALL LAPD if you see this or see bikes following UPS or Fed Ex. Best to arrange delivery where you know someone will receive it.
