This is how Charter treats their business customers. They told us we could select a phone number from an available list. That turned out to be a lie, and we got a number that we did not want. Once we got past that, suddenly, yesterday, we found no one could call in. When we called about it, they tell us we have never had the number we have been using for the past month and insist we have a completely different number now. And we have paid Google for ads with that number, put it on our web site, and other ads. I suppose everyone in Maryville just imagined calling that other number all month. I want my money back Charter!
