This is important. it is not helpful to accuse Israel of genocide when the IDF is guilty of criminal excessive force, especially at the hands of political leaders who have had other options all along, and who consistently stimulate military confrontation. That is enough to condemn . It is not genocide to hit schools where rockets are stored. It is however to not give a shit about innocent Palestinians, especially when long ago Hamas could have been completely disempowered by empowerment of the PA and by building Gaza rather than mowing the lawn every few years. But the next step in saving Israel and Jews from themselves is documenting just how many leading citizens of Israel, as well as street thugs, are ADVOCATING genocide or ethnic cleansing. This is the next step for societies that are militarily triumphant and yet somehow see themselves as about to be destroyed. For the Jewish patriot types looking to hound me, this is no less important than documenting exactly the psychology of Hamas, Hezbollah, IS etc. I fully agree. Intentions precede deeds. But now look at Israel, look at these intentions. you will say, but we have provocation, we have rockets in UN schools. Yes, Hamas feels they had no choice. Only suicide bombs got any attention to Palestinian suffering. Everyone has a rationale based on the intransigent behavior of the enemy. Hutus argued that all Tutsi were a fifth column from Burundi and needed to be exterminated. That is how 800 thousand human beings were murdered in a few months. This region is diseased. The only way to combat a disease is to fight tooth and nail against its most deadly expressions and then chart a course to health.
