This is important to me, due to recent events, things that happened to friends and family, and my own life. Now this was a beautiful man. Full of life, making others laugh... A friend of his sent me this when we were discussing Robin Williams and depression in general. Many of the wonderful people I have known have fought secret battles with depression. Usually its too late by the time you find out, but the nicest, funniest, and most loving of people can be in these tormented states. Im no stranger to depression, and I want to be there for any of you anytime you need be. I wish I knew this man personally, but I did not. But, still in his honor Id like to share his message. Listen well, and consider this. Love your friends, family, and others always. My friends took care of me during some bad times in my life, even when I did not ask for it, and I appreciate it greatly. I want to do that for you if I can. You are most certainly not alone no matter how you feel. I wont see anymore people I care about harm themselves. Dont give power to the hateful words of others should they arise, or give into anyones abuse. Live life like a warrior as a good friend said to me once. Ill be there when the fear becomes a vale that surrounds to pull you out should you ever need it. Remember that!
