This is in answer to Theresa Gills question on iodine below-- it wouldnt post there. So here is the answer here. I know what you mean!! there is a LOT available. Here are some general guidelines: breast tissue itself needs 3 mg of iodine per day to remain optimally healthy. The rest of the body requires 12.5 mg/day ( general). This is far higher than the RDA. But when you start taking iodine, it detoxes flouride, chlorine, and bromide. So some people get a reaction ( and think its the iodine!!) In general, eating kelp daily helps a lot. Or organic eggs. I like the Iodoral brand of iodine-- each capsule is 12.5 mg. Also Modifilan which is organic seaweed from Russia. Or iodine drops. I use the Edgar Cayce Atomidine.
