This is information that was posted from people who were at the bankruptcy hearing yesterday. I do not have any official confirmation of this. Here is a briefly summary of what took place at the Public hearing held on Thursday April 17, 2014 between TelexFREE accusers and TelexFREE. • Hearing will be next Monday, April 28 1:30 pm. • TelexFREE must provide detailed documentation on aspects specifically requested by the judge. • Judges attitude was very positive towards the company, and everything went in a good climate of understanding, the defence by the lawyers about the company was very correct. • Out of the 9 points that were presented against TelexFREE 5 were resolved and dismissed only 4 points are to be argued in a more exhaustive way. Those 4 points will be addressed in the upcoming hearings. • TelexFREE lawyers insisted on the return to normal VOIP service and operation of the web claiming that TelexFREE is an International company with millions of customers using its telecommunications service and that the service is already paid for and needs active activities of the Company. • The court has asked TelexFREE more detailed information of the administrative side of the business. • After Mondays hearing, another will be scheduled for May 2 at 9:30 AM. • About the point TelexFREE tax evasion, lawyers vehemently defended it by providing consistent data for paying taxes in Brazil and in the United States. • Focus is: 1) Voip System improvements; 2) Reopening of the company; 3) restructuring plan; 4) better service customer service.
