This is insane. The prosecutor who put this woman on the stand to testify: “This lady clearly wasn’t present when this occurred,” McCulloch said. “She recounted a statement that was right out of the newspaper about Wilson’s actions, and right down the line with Wilson’s actions. Even though I’m sure she was nowhere near the place.” So why did you let her testify??? AND he knew she was posting racist shit on Facebook, she was a HIDE Darren Wilson supporter and she posted pics of the dead body with justice served as the caption. A PROSECUTOR put someone on the stand to testify FOR the defendant as a WITNESS even though he knew the person was never at the scene of the crime and was a huge supporter of the defendant. For those who arent familiar with the justice systems intricacies, a prosecutor is supposed to show evidence that the defendant is guilty, provide witnesses AGAINST the defendant and prosecute said defendant with this evidence. I know thats really tough for some people to grasp O-o, but hes a PROSECUTOR. Everything he did was exactly the opposite of how it works. One could assume he wasnt trying to prosecute anyone at all. It would be the most accurate assumption theyve ever made.
