This is inside Jolies right front paw. Sorry if its a little graphic. The end of July she had what looked like an infected cyst in this area so she went on antibiotics for 2 wks and I used chlorhexiderm rinse on it every day. It went away and came back again in August. I used the rinse on her and it went away. This week its back again but it has weird nodules on it and her foot is splayed out. My vet took a swab of it and a biopsy that is being cultured. They said there is something inside that pad that is squishy (my word not theirs). X-rays didnt show anything. Shes back on antibiotics and the chlorhexiderm. Blood work looks normal and the swab didnt show anything out of the ordinary. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
