This is insightful in the organic makeup and relationships of societies, especially ones where family, tribe and sect is an all-important definition of identity. Implicit in this of course is the fact that such societies only preserve peace and stability when they have systems of government that are entirely suitable for managing them. And the countries where this is problematic are precisely because they do not have such a system.
