This is it, we tried. Weve gone two weeks with the increased work of breathing with no end in sight. Weve done three courses of oral steroids (Dex), two chest xrays, blood work, blood gasses, hardcore antibiotics, inhaled steroid and prn ventolin...Mr.B says enough and we are off to Emerge (due to the Pulmonary and Pediaticians urging). It looks like we are having to explore Cardiology again to see if this isnt actually respiratory at all (due to the lack of response). Bs g-tube is back to extreme pain again as well. There are no visible signs of the cellulitis but that doesnt mean that there isnt an internal infection/abscess. Frustrations aside, I did my best and we sure gave it the ol college try here at home to hold our own. :(
