This is just SAD to me. She thinks this is a ploy for ratings. Shes so emotionally abused she cant see the forest for the trees. She cant see that the rest of the world fears for her what she isnt capable of fearing herself, her own husband, who ruthlessly punched her (probably not the first time) then proceeded to drag her after doing so......Shes so abused she cant imagine a life without him....being successful without him....gaining her independence, self respect, self worth and sanity back....without him. Shes so abused she cant even see hes taken those things from her.... and hes holding them hostage by the likes of this statement. Good God it makes me sick to see a woman defend a man who is an abuser! He violated her and now that the world is passing judgement or has an opinion(because we should, because it is bad, because she is helpless) she feels the incessant need to defend her husband in honor of her family. Their child is only going to grow up seeing more of this. Neither of them have gone to counseling to reconcile the matter and frankly, I dont see anything to reconcile once a man hits you other than medical bills and personal growth....IMJ...She made her choice and I guess she is now lying in it #punintended As women we must seek to do better, educate, uplift, strengthen each other so we dont continue to see nonsense like this....As opinionated and judgemental as my statements may be, (because I stand for something) I only hope she gets the psychological help she needs....being physically abused causes several negative psychological patterns that only stand to grow and multiply when you choose to stay in the comfort of your abuser, husband or no....This entire situation is disgusting and sad. How dare he even let or want his wife to in any way defend the situation. But we cant expect him to be a man now, now can we??! #RayRice #Sad #domesticabuse
