This is just a reminder to all my female friends, workmates, fb friends, and family, also whoever is reading this post...not just females, males also, as i have read that males do develop breast cancer, so...please, please get your mammograms, smears up to date, anything out of the ordinary, lumps, moles...dont leave it too late...I always use to think that only the old get cancer...but alas no...young and old, any kind of cancer is unplesant...breast, ovarian, stomach , liver, kidney, just to name a few...please get yourselves checked...once diagonsed...anger, frustrations, depression, set in...the whys?...hows?...it cant be... too young... and your loved ones, it affects them also, you see the sadness etched on their faces, another calamity, already been through a tragedy and now facing another one...I have an awesome family, very tight... and friends who are supportive, so great to know that they are there...so you put on a brave face, carry on with the treatments ahead knowing that you will be sick whilst having them...afraid...but...determined to fight, to beat it... hit it with all the strength you have....never, ever give up...cause thats what one does, to survive this horrendous disease, is to conqueor and live...so please, please do get yourselves examined by a medical practioner...
