This is just one of the many inbox messages I receive a day. I felt the need to share. I am truly amazed how much love everyone around the world has for this precious child God has blessed Brad & I with. Hi Kristin...I just shared this same post with your husband, Brad...but I wanted to share it with you too. I am from Walker, Louisiana. I have three sons who are older than Koltyn...ages 15, 11, and 7. I first read about Koltyns story the morning after it happened when a post popped up on my facebook page. Even though I dont know you, Koltyn, or any of the family, I have continued to pray and check for updates several times daily like MANY others. I can NOT imagine what all of you are going through as you wait for your son to be healed. For the last 2 nights, I have agreed to pray during the night (thank the Lord that I am a teacher and havent gone back to school yet as this has allowed me to be up late). I wanted to let you and your husband know that I will continue to pray in Jesuss name for this child and all of you. Prayer is powerful and I believe that the Lord is still performing miracles. I also wanted to share that while I was praying from 1-2 this morning, I felt like the Lord just kept saying In My timing. That thought would not leave me while I prayed for all of you. When I got up this morning and saw the latest update, I just cant help but think back to those continuous words....In My Timing. I cant imagine how difficult it is so wait and be patient, but I felt that I needed to share this with yall. One verse that I love and I will leave you with is Isaiah 40:31: Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Sorry this post was so lengthy, but I wanted to share this! I love all of you and cant wait to see what God is going to do through Koltyn in the days and years ahead. Praying without ceasing, M.
