This is just public murder. There is no evidence of aggression. There is no evidence of a crime. Most of all, there is no evidence of any consideration of this mans health and safety. And one can not help noticing the disrespect shown peaceful bystanders. Even if he had been resisting, a dozen police should be able to arrest a nonaggressive person without hurting them. Instead, it is just escalation after escalation out there.
