Lamenting Hussein is a simple act that does no justice to what our hearts feel for the loss of one of the holiest figures in Islam.. A sacrifice that was given in the way of God for what we now know today as Freedom and Justice. A lesson we have learnt to echo through the centuries and an example we hold onto. O son of the Prophet, with your holy blood you watered the tree of Islam. And we cry for you blood instead of tears.
