This is long, but very informative, but one big thing I did want to point out that is around 27 minutes he mentions that STAYING HYDRATED and getting ENOUGH SALT (iodized I might add) are key. Drink like a fish they say is no joke. Many, many symptoms can be lessened and sometimes avoided just by having enough water, and adequate salt. They dont cure anything, but any less fatigue, headache or dizziness we can have is relief well worth getting.
