This is long overdue... I miss this man. Phil Morgan. I know the Gladiator Pen army is sizing up the Pacific Northwest at this very moment. Phil and Floyd Write moved out there and they will create opportunities for us to reach a whole new audience. Regardless, I still miss my friends... Phil is a great friend who happens to be ill in every aspect verbally. When we went past deadline on the Gladiator Pen project, it was Phil that knew what I was going through waiting on some choice features. He knew I was in a bad spot. In response, he decided to come through the Situashun Room relentlessly until the songs were done. He never said anything about it, but I knew... He wrote to anything and everything - no matter the style or tempo. Without Phil, I would have delayed the release of the project three separate times... Two was bad enough. And you know what? Dude put his stamp on every track. I will forever be grateful. Bottom line, there are many people who made the album possible, but Phil was the finisher. Best of luck in your new adventure my man. I know our friendship will bring us back together soon.
