This is ludicrous... The rigins of physical aggression and escalation are clear. This is clearly just as discounted a concern for the Federal government as it has been since... well, ever. Otherwise, more resolute action would be taken to counteract these measures. I love my country, and have the pleasure of calling a great number of Law Enforcement officers my friends, they are in multiple levels of government, and different agencies. However, they hold themselves accountable for both professionalism, and use of force. As far as who is screening and supervising officers such as these... It is an atrocity which undermines the respect of the very taxpayers whom they are charged to Protect & Serve. When a dog goes rabid, it is best served to put it down...
