This is major general manda John A Armed Forces Americas Central theater of operations USA United North America Commander of veteran and active duty military personnel As it stands now the United States of America is unconstitutional and has no constitutional standing since the Lincolns administration with the abolishment of state rights to succeed from the union as free states and the establishment of a political party system which does not recognize the people within the states or the sovereignty of each state Which makes the government of the United States of America unconstitutional the president is unconstitutional for he does not represent the people Congress is unconstitutional for the House of Representatives does not represent the people of the states and the Senate does not represent the sovereignty of the states and the Supreme Court is unconstitutional with no constitutional standing to determine the constitutionality of law Being that the government of the United States of America is the political party system democracy does not represent the people and when the government fails to represent the people the people have a right to represent themselves and form a new body of government under the Constitution of the founding fathers recognizing the people within each state as well as a sovereignty of the states this new body of government is the United North Amerika which will establish a nation of the people a government by the people for it will be people for the people We the People
