This is me hitting a PB on an Incline barbell press. 180kg for 3 reps after doing 1x5 100kg 1x5 120kg 1x5 140kg 1x5 150kg 1x5 160kg supersetted with 5x5 t-bar rows. Before this I done flat bench press at 1x5 100kg 1x5 140kg 1x5 160kg 1x5 180kg 1x4 200kg 1x10 140kg supersetted with wide grip chins 6x8. When I have a target weight pop into my head no matter what I have to do it! Its all about having self belief in that you can! Just focus on what you doing and believe honestly that you can and you will. What gives me so much motivation is that when I feel like I cant I see my grandfather standing there next to me shouting LIAM GET THAT WEIGHT UP! DONT QUIT JUST DO IT NEVER QUIT!! Think of great people telling you to do it thats what I feed off. When I see him standing there thas no way that weight isnt going up!
