This is mostly just for the people that are blinded by the words, Protect and serve, printed on the the polices cars. Fake words that have been even thrown out by the supreme court. It is no longer the Polices jobs to protect you but to uphold the law. They are not held responsible for the crimes they commit until the media makes a big enough deal about it. Only then are there suspensions or leaves of absence without pay. This is so sad and it hurts my heart. You can say all you want how that the bad ones make the rest of them look bad but when you see so many people being abused and their rights taken away or skirted, you know that something needs to change. I respect most of the individual officers because they are just doing their jobs. But at the same time I have little to no respect for the establishment itself. My opinion is this and I am allowed to abide by my opinion, for now, at least.
