This is my 8 year old son Johnny. He was diagnosed with Autism about 4 1/2 years ago. Hes always had some dexterity and coordination issues. 2-3 days a week he comes to the gym with me and always sits on his beanbag and plays with his Ipad. Today he wanted to do some work. So I had him try some farmers walks with DBs. Nothing big because of his dexterity problems but he did so awesome I couldnt be prouder!!
