This is my ALS ice bucket challenge! Nominated last night by my mother Laura Mf, Ive completed the challenge and nominated Danette LF, Stephanie A. Dorain, and the entire cast of Psych, especially Cary Elwes! James Roday, Dulé Hill, Maggie Lawson, Timothy Omundson, Corbin Bernsen, and Cary Elwes: as celebrities, the visibility that you have can have a major impact on spreading awareness, so I hope that even just one of you sees this and completes the challenge. ALS or Lou Gehrigs Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. About 30,000 US citizens are currently battling ALS and many more throughout the world. Raising awareness is just as important as donating, so share, tweet, whatever! If you can donate, please do. And for those who dont like seeing these videos or who are annoyed by this challenge because its just a social media craze/trend/fad/whatever, think about this: Who cares?
