This is my Good buddy John Klingers 1933 Willys. This car was Retired in the late 60s & completely dismantled & stored in a barn for 20 years. John found out about it & never let up on trying to buy the car from an old gasser guy. Finally was able to purchase the basket case & brought it home in a pile on a 1 1/2 ton flatbed truck. John didnt waste any time & started to assemble the car & in a matter of a few short days & had the car ready to take to a Goodguys event in Mich. He buffed out the paint, removed all the cobwebs, rats nests & drove the car down the 1/4 mile. End result... took the trophy for Best Nostalgic drag car! Way to go John.
