This is my Pleximony! I have always battled weight, either I was to skinny or overweight. Last year I had gallbladder surgery and after that losing or even maintaining weight seemed impossible! My self esteem was so low. Reality hit me when I went for an annual check up and was told I was pre diabetic. Every night i wasnt sleeping because of RLS, my asthma was so bad I had a hard time even mopping my kitchen floor. I had to do something. I couldnt exercise because of asthma.
