This is my catch up because I was looking forward to November then have slacked. Day 1: I was thankful for my job and students who actually need me. Knowing I do make a difference balances out stress :). Day 2: I was thankful that my cooperative three year old woke up, got dressed, and made my speed clean easier. I was also thankful for the pure joy she has when we reunite. Day 3: I was thankful for my Twisted Apples. These two friends have seen me evolve from a single, carefree first year teacher to a mom in her ninth year teaching. Even though we dont see each other five days a week like we did once, I always have them in my heart and truly believe I am in theirs. We may be extreme nerds, but our bond has gone through lifes highest highs and lowest lows. And like the big apple, we are still going strong. ( )
