This is my current miracle rogue. I have seen other decklists recently that include sludge belchers in order to counter hunter. Despite using this more dated list Ive still had favorable results against hunter at least 60-70%. The decision for cold blood/blade flurry are substitutes for sinister strike/ conceal #2. I find that the cold blood allows me to race against hunters and other tempo classes while the blade flurry is essential against zoo/shaman. In the matchup against hunter getting rid of gadgetzan on the mulligan is generally beneficial because many times the goal is to race them and play aggressively.
