He came upon my house under false pretense offering to assist my grandfather with his biomedical research. One evening, we discovered he had fled with my grandfather’s collection of the original works of the Mad Arab, Abdul Alhazrad. There could be only one purpose. He intends to unleash the Elder Gods upon the world! Immediately, I followed in pursuit up the steps of Machu Pichu, across the Andes, through the London underground, across the Carpathians and into Tibet with Aldrich always one step ahead. I now sit on a peak in the Mountains of Madness writing to you by way of satellite phone in hopes to hear of his demise by the hands of the self-same demons he sought. You must understand the ancient tomes cannot be opened. I pray that you have found them and they may be returned to my family’s collection.
