This is my favorite thus far. Take 15 minutes, close your eyes, deep breathe, and listen to this. So relaxing. The stress will melt away. I create positive healthy habits. I am becoming a better person. I take a step back and breathe. I am observing my life and creating change to fill my desires. I choose to share positive experiences with others. I listen to others desires. I am perfectly me...in this moment
