This is my first attempt at making a video with the Iphone 4...so the quality, composition and audio are not perfect...plus...I dont how to edit them yet and still keep the Audio/Video sync...So, they are RAW. After doing 3 warm up sets of 12 reps at 20kg...I then go heavy and drop down by 10kg per set. This rips the muscle pretty good, encouraging growth. Theses reps are not with good form, due to the weight, but the Negative reps are good This is 8 reps at 50kg...Bicep barbell curl Bodyweight 170 Lbs (77kg) Bodyfat at 10%
