This is my first time checking Facebook since 9am this morning - and it feels so good to have disconnected for the day! I promised myself I would focus on my dreams today, spending the day writing and creating and visualizing - no email, texts or social media. I have to admit - it was tough at times! Whenever I had a break, I automatically searched for my phone! But at the end of the day, I achieved so much, and I feel really really good about sticking to my promise to myself.
