This is my first video showing one of my restored and improved vintage radios. (This one is non - bluetooth as it will be showcased in a vintage cafe that doesnt have a bluetooth mp3 player). She has been sympathetically restored externally and thoroughly modernised inside. I have converted it from the potentially flammable 240volt valve system to a friendly 12v system. It works with anything with a headphone type socket eg ipads, phones, laptops mp3 players etc etc. I have illuminated it with super safe cold cathodes and wired it to use the original switches for on/off and volume for that authentic vintage mechanical feel and I must say; Im pretty chuffed with this one.
