This is my friend Thomas. He was the first person to welcome me November 19, 2006 at Team Stockholm Armwrestling. Hes been an armwrestler and champion for like 20 years. He took me under his wings and trained me my first year in armwrestling! His workout program for me was very simple, but something Ive never done before at that time (push-ups, bicep curls, dumbbell rows with my 20lb dumbbell at home). I won my first competitions the first year with Thomas by my side. He now have got a stroke and is in hospital. I wish and want to be by his side, but cant, I Hope he feel my love and power in his heart. I have so much love for Thomas as my friend, and I want you all to have him in your prayers and wish him a good recovery. Today he is strong enough to stand up and smile as you can see in this picture.. Which makes me very happy!!! Be strong Thomas!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
