This is my go to premium shake! I have been taking this every day for dinner for the last couple of months. It has helped me lose weight. I feel better! I dont have cravings for sweets like I used to! My favorite is the chocolate Shakeology with natural peanut butter, banana, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and lots of ice.
