This is my second story for tonight. Meet my beautiful friend Vanessa. She was sleeved last year and has done an amazing job! She looks beautiful and shines so much! Here is what she has to say about her journey xox **Ok... I was sleeved 26th November 2013 age 26... At my heaviest I was 140kg+... Today I hover between 88 and 90kg. Im 176cm tall. I decided I had had enough of being overweight, I had tried every diet in the world and nothing was working. I was pre-diabetic with a dangerously high insulin serum level of 44. This is now 8 which is well below the normal range. My depression and anxiety has improved and I couldnt be happier. My goal is to lose another 5kg and gain fitness. I currently work out approx 4 days a week with weight training being my major focus. I have absolutely no regrets and would have the surgery again in a heartbeat. The best think I have ever done for myself both physically and emotionally xxx
