This is my upcoming menu for this weekend. I sold out of the Apple Pumpkin soup last weekend and some of my beloved customers went without, so this batch is for you. Also with the theme of orange is my other warm food offering of North African Yam soup. This is a lovely dish perfect for cooler days. Truly a unique flavor. I have bars, bars, bars! I will be gone for a while and customers have been requesting bars. If this is you you can now stock up. They freeze well. My feature salad this week is going to be as much of a work of art as it is a meal...involving hand cut zucchini noodles dipped in beet juice...I am hoping this turns out as I see it in my minds eye.
