This is no different than the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937. The government enacted a tax on on Marijuana and made the process so difficult that it was almost impossible to obtain the tax stamps. Now, here Texas goes and enacts a law that is near impossible for these clinics to meet and for what reason? An excuse. That is all it amounts to, and excuse to squeeze out something that they dont want. The do not want women to have the ability to say what goes on with their bodies. ALL WOMEN need to rise up, not only in Texas, but across the country and vote these Neanderthals out of office!
