This is normally when everybody posts a status asking for prayers that such and such a family member makes it thru. Im asking for prayers that my grandfathers last few days can be as comfortable as possible and although as hard as it may be; myself, my family and others who love him will be able to celebrate his life rather than morn his passing. My grandfather is such an incredible man! He is a wonderful father, husband, grandfather, an great grandfather! Nobody showed my little angels off more than he did. It never failed, he never left his house without pictures of Eli, Malachi ad Ezra in his front shirt pocket! Over the last few months Ive watched my grandfather; the humor-filled, adventurous, outdoors loving, family man decline from Parkinsons disease, diabetes, dementia, Alzheimers, and now high sodium count that is slowly shutting down his body. I witnessed his loss of interest in many things, his humor fade to seriousness, his recognition of his loved ones fade, and his wild hallucinations. Its sad what these diseases have done to him. So I ask for prayers that God send an angel to hold his hand and give him comfort as his pains fade away. I love you pap.
