This is not a meme. We received a piece of mail yesterday from Cornell University: College of Veterinary Medicine: Feline Health Center addressed to Addams Family. (which in and of itself gave me a great deal of pleasure, and is perhaps the only reason i opened a piece of mail i thought was a gimme letter) Here is the entire letter that was enclosed: Dear Addams Family, My colleagues at Cornell Universitys Feline Health Center and I offer our condolences on the passing of your pet, Mr. Punim. We sympathize with your sadness at this loss, for we love our animals as you surely loved yours. Wishing to honor the bond you shared with your pet, Brockton Animal Hospital recently made a gift to the Cornell Feline Health Center in memory of Mr. Punim. This thoughtful gift will help the Center in our mission to improve the welfare of all cats by supporting research into a variety of issues that affect feline health and well-being, and to disseminate health information to cat owners, breeders, veterinary professionals, conservationists, and cat lovers worldwide. Through the generous support of our donors, we continue our long-standing tradition of fostering feline well-being and supporting those who share our love of these unique and wonderful creatures.
