This is not a progress comparison. This is simply an opposing video of me with a waist trainer on and off. Now in the top left video I did have on some tights for warmth cause it is cold outside but they were actually fairly loose. They went all the way up to my under boob so my belly and back fat are still slightly being held in. Ill post a bare video soon but this is what Im working with. There is so much that i can say about this video because the thing about me is that I dont sugar coat NOTHING! However, sometimes truth can come off as #selfhate and #ILoveMeee Im going to be more gentle with myself from now on because there is no need to reinforce the positive things that I am doing for myself with negative commentary. Ive had enough of that from my own mother and some men that I have dealt with throughout my lifetime. I think Im torn down enough to where I dont have to keep doing it to myself too, you feel me. I can see clearly all of the things that people might whisper or say boldly to my face when it comes to my body. It hurts me sometimes but not because I feel sorry for myself more because when You dont live up to your greatness it feels disappointing. Im so much better than this and Instead of talking about it Im working on it. Im not one to let hate fuel me. I wasnt built that way what fuels me is truly knowing how special and beautiful I am. When you know better you should do better so all Im trying to do is match my thoughts with action.
