This is not an occurance that infrequently happens,it is a common occurrence, I myself and another elderly gentleman was stopped called names, searched and falsely charged. They were unaware who it was they were abusing.However,these people that do these things abuse a power they do not have, officers are elected officials,so anyone confronted with situations like this ,have a civil case against them.Before something happens. Have an attorney you can call.Stopping this is long term ,however we can do it.These organizations are not legal,but, defacto.Security guards of the corporation. What year was your town incorporated. Check it out. Incident my I was 60, when this happened.
