This is not our dog, Ernie is in a shelter north of Harrisburg, PA. We are posting him as a courtesy as he is a special needs boy. Ernie is an 8month old Shichon that was born with no knee caps and basically no balls of the hip sockets but that doesnt stop him from having a good time! This means that his back legs do not bend and he looks like he has peglegs. He will be neutered July 21st and all shots updated. His house training is going great. He is currently on meds for a bladder infection. Ernie is a picky eater but is starting to come around to our schedule and type of food. He is also starting to play with toys. This guy is sooooo sweet and cuddly. Loves to be with you and gets along with other dogs, kids and cats as well. I would recommend a home with other dogs since he was a mill dog,his life has been with others. Rides well in the car and is doing great on a leash. Ernie weighs in at about 18 lbs. Ernie has no idea of his disabilities since he was born this way. Please consider this special guy. Guaranteed to fill your heart with happiness and joy!!
