This is not posted to generalize, or deal with race, but about shining the light on the URGENT need for retraining and the need to make EVERYONE accountable for their actions. Beyond Public Servants, law enforcement needs to also address humans and protect both sides. If you have specified training, you are walking into a situation where you immediately have the upper hand, but training needs to address that you know that and requires the intelligence training that you know that and shouldnt be quick to defend yourself LETHALLY. I respect my friends that are law enforcement and the risk they take everyday, and for those that honor their badge with integrity, compassion and brains. But for these examples AND their superiors AND their city officials, there needs to be STRONG action against their brutal, humanely illegal choices that disrespect their position and the people whom they serve...ALL OF US. Its not a RIGHT, its a RESPONSIBILITY!!!
