This is one break up I root for. I am busy working on breaking up with mental stress. I love my daily meditation, helping to ground me and centre me. I use mindfulness based meditation and more recently I have started using guided meditations by Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey. These meditation area beautiful journey of exploration. Each time I expand in a dimension I often least expect. Brain research now shows that regular meditation changes our brains. At the Chopra Centre in California they are studying how meditation affects gene expression. We really do live in interesting times. I would love to hear your stress break up.
