Although there are some fallacies presented here, in my opinion, Nicholas Kristof hits many of the main points that have caused me to be a vegetarian for almost two years now, on the cusp of adopting a full plant-based diet. The meat industry has absolutely ravaged many natural ecosystems that have been crucial to various species, as well as consuming resources that could have been MUCH better allocated elsewhere. Im sorry if this is an article that angers you, but, then again, Im not sorry. This is WELL worth the read, even if you dont have time. Make the time.
