This is one of my favorite barbell complex movements. As well as working almost every muscle in the body, it also demands coordination between exercises, balance from the split leg press phase and power to move the bar quickly. If your looking for more strength from this workout go for a heavy weight that you can just about press out and perform 1 rep of the complex every min for 10 mins. If looking to burn fat, go with a light weight and perform 2-3 sets of 5 reps with roughly 45-1.30min rest.... GetOutAndAboutFitness
