This is one of the sad realities of Obamacare. This was posted by a friend of mine in Pennsylvania this morning. This isnt made up - its real. Its where the country is headed. As most of you know, I dont get political mostly because I feel that I am not well enough informed to begin to discuss anything! Right now, I am totally at a loss as to which direction to turn. Highmark is cancelling our insurance effective January 1st. To retain a similar coverage with them, the cost will be $300 more per month. I can register at the government website however, I spent over an hour on there the other day and never was able to get registered. They tell me that I have to have a new plan in place as of December 1st. That is a little over a month away. The first Highmark rep refused to even sell a policy to me at any price! I have pondered lifting my citizenship. Is that possible? (Notice there is no lol at the end of that statement).
