This is one of those articles that slips under the radar but is atrocious. Wall Street should not be driving the judicial system. Anytime you create incentive to place more people in jail so that another can profit from it, that is not justice! The mentality of solving immagration issues with incarceration is also beyond stupid and completely unethical.
