This is possibly the most important blog I have ever written, and I hope sharing it here and elsewhere will affirm our role in early childhood education in creating mateship for a better tomorrow. After all I hope the real message moving forward is to not just to continue mateship, but extend it. To create a world where the lessons of our mateship are received and where in every country across the world, the messages and lessons from early childhood onwards are simply Ill ride with you; not just on transport in Sydney, but throughout our lives as mates, as celebrators, as a community of individuals with our own experiences to offer. Lets lead the way through the messages we teach our young children, and again I reiterate the message of dont underestimate the importance of early childhood education.
